What on Earth!?

I finally made a blog. I never saw myself doing so but I've apparently found something I can do fairly decent at... which is rambling on about my likes and dislikes about things I've experienced from the entertainment industry. So yeah. I decided my FaceBook was getting too many review posts instead of social networking like it was intended. And there was never enough room for me give my whole thoughts on things. So that's why I'm creating this. I'm unsure of how this blog will fare, but I expect it to be fun and hopefully helpful to some. So this will be my new home for all of my reviews and opinions of anime, TV, manga, movie, music, and well...basically whatever I experience.

As for things to look forward to, well there's always my reviews, but for every review I will try to put a link to where to see or obtain said item. Like for example, I posted about enjoying the anime Samurai Champloo. I would add something like... "You can get it here on DVD or on Blu-Ray." So all you'd have to do is click on the word DVD or Blu-Ray to go the online store or site and hopefully want to buy it.

And I'd like to point out that I am in no way doing this to advertise anything. I'm only doing this to share my view of things and give others an opportunity to do so as well by purchasing or seeing them for themselves. I'm passionate about most things that are entertaining, so I just want to spread those things to others. And since a large portion of the things I like originate from Japan, I'm hoping to encourage more importing of products with some of this to try and decrease the geographical and language barrier. It may seem silly but the more things we enjoy from over there, the more likely we'll actually find them here.

So that's it for the opening post. I hope to find a lot of people enjoying the blog, and find it helpful.

*UPDATE* I did quite a bit of thinking over how i would do my posts. I don't really want to ruin anything by telling the whole story about these, so I'll keep spoilers to a minimum.
